What this blog is for

Welcome. I am a graduate student in the University of Washington Department of Computer Science. I am currently working in conjunction with researchers at Intel Research Seattle on the subject of human activity recognition, and have started this blog to share news and musings on the world of artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on common sense reasoning and human activity recognition, both of which figure heavily in my current work.
